Thank you for shopping with E.G. Foley. When you order here, you are purchasing directly from the author, and we truly appreciate the trust that takes.
📚 How Our Books Are Made
Most of our paperbacks and hardcovers are printed on demand after you place your order. Each set is created especially for you, so we don’t accept traditional returns or exchanges. And because production begins quickly after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
That said, we believe good customer care matters — and if something isn’t right, we want to help.
✍️ Signed / Autographed Books
Signed books are stocked and shipped directly from the author’s studio. Because they are personally autographed, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order (damage in transit, misprint, or incorrect item). Also, signed book orders cannot be canceled once processing has started, which typically occurs shortly after the order is placed.
If your signed book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@egfoleystore.com and we’ll make it right.
International customers are responsible for any duties or VAT charged by their country. If a package is refused due to unpaid import fees and returned to us, we can refund the item price minus outbound shipping once it is received back in good condition.
🤝 Our Promise to You
If your books arrive damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or if there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us. Every request is reviewed carefully by our team, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement copy, a refund, or another appropriate resolution. We don’t require customers to ship books back to us.
⏱️ Reporting an Issue
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there’s a problem, email us at info@egfoleystore.com within 10 days of delivery, and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the books arrived damaged.
🌍 International Orders (UK & EU)
Our books are printed on demand specifically for each order. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made items are exempt from standard return rights.
While traditional returns aren’t possible, we are always happy to review any delivery or quality concerns and assist when something has gone wrong.
💳 Refunds (When Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or card provider.
